KUET 2015: Selection Notification No. 2 also issued

SRINAGAR — In continuation to Selection Notification No. 1, it is notified for the information of all the concerned that the candidates bearing Entrance Test Roll Nos. mentioned below, have been selected provisionally (in Open and Reserved categories) in the following Programmes at the Main Campus, purely on the basis of Entrance Test merit. The selection of the candidates is subject to the following conditions:

I. Fulfillment of basic eligibility conditions to be verified by the concerned Departments on the production of all relevant original documents.
II. Subject to clearance from the Academic Section in respect of candidates having qualifying examinations from Universities/Institutions other than the University of Kashmir.
III. Production of an affidavit sworn in before a 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that he/she is neither on the rolls of any Institution/University nor employed in any Govt./Semi Govt. Department.

The selected candidates are advised to approach the concerned Head/Director/Co-ordinator of Department/Centre, from June 29, 2015, along with all the relevant original certificates and their Xerox copies and the prescribed fee, for completing the required admission formalities by or before July 7, 2015, failing which their right to admission shall be forfeited and the resultant vacancy (ies), if any, shall be filled up from among the merit list.

The selected candidates can download the Admission Form from the official website of the University of Kashmir and obtain the authority slip from the concerned Head of the Department for deposition of the prescribed Fee. It may not be out of place to mention here that fee deposited without the authority of the HOD/Director of the concerned Department/Institute shall not be entertained.

Merit lists for M.A. Education and M.P.Ed. and Selection Notification of M. A. English, M.Ed., M.A. Education and M.P.Ed. and selection notifications for other Campuses/Colleges shall be issued separately.
